Please consider the following points before attending class:
New students please contact me before coming along to the studio.
Arriving 5 – 10 minutes before the class commences gives you
the opportunity to ‘calm down’.
Quietness, it is a small studio. Be mindful so as not to disturb others.
Practice on an empty stomach. A light snack can be taken 1 hour beforehand.
Refrain from drinking water until after the lesson.
Inform the teacher of any injuries or medical problems before class.
Wear comfortable modest clothing.
Yoga is done barefoot. Please make sure your feet are clean.
